Cold Email Outreach in 2026: The Practitioner's Guide
What works in cold email outreach in 2026 — strategy, copy, sequencing, common failure modes. From running outreach for clients at production scale.
A ~30-day pre-show + post-show email package built around the show you are attending. We scrape the exhibitor and speaker lists, filter to your ICP, and run two timed sequences — one before, one after. €2,500 per show.
For trade-show-heavy industries (manufacturing, healthcare, automotive), this product compounds: every show your client attends becomes a measurable email-channel motion, not a hope-they-walk-by-the-booth bet.
Exhibitors, speakers, and sponsors from the show's own website. No paid attendee-list passthrough, no compromised data. 100–300 companies surfaced, filtered to 50–150 actually relevant.
A 2-step pre-show "let's meet at booth X" sequence in the 14 days before, and a 2-step post-show follow-up in the 14 days after. Different tone, different ask, both timed to land when attendees are still thinking about the show.
International trade shows often default to English, but regional shows respond better in the local language. We write in whichever fits the show's audience.
Setup, ICP filtering, and copy framework carry over. A second show costs less to scope. A third costs less again. Per-show price drops on the package — see the multi-show pricing below.
We scrape the public exhibitor / speaker / sponsor list, build a shortlist of 100–300 companies, and filter to 50–150 that match your ICP. We confirm the filter with you before any sends.
A 2-step sequence: initial "let's meet at booth X" + day-T-3 reminder. Native language for the show's audience. You sign off on both emails before they go out.
Initial sends 14 days before the show. Reminder sends 3 days before. Reply categorisation live: meeting requested / interested but cannot make it / not a fit / no response.
We monitor replies, route booth-visit confirmations to you in near-real-time, and hold post-show sends until after closing day.
Two-step follow-up: "thanks for stopping by" for booth visitors + "missed you, here's what you missed" for the rest. Different tone, post-show context, drives the conversation forward.
Reply log, categorised conversations, list of meetings requested and their status, and a written summary you can use for show ROI reporting.

What B2B cold email subject lines actually open in 2026, the four shapes that work, and the four that quietly tank reputation.
"Why scrape exhibitors and speakers instead of attendees?"
Attendee lists are usually paywalled by the show organiser — €500–3,000 per list, sometimes more, and the quality varies. Exhibitors + speakers + sponsors are public, free, and represent the people who are committed to the show. They are also the higher-value B2B targets in most cases.
"What if the show does not publish an exhibitor list?"
Most B2B shows do — exhibitors want visibility. If a specific show keeps its list private, we work with what is public (sponsors, speakers, partners) and tell you up front what coverage to expect. We have walked away from shows where the public data was too thin to justify the package.
"Can you promise meetings booked at the booth?"
No. We promise: a filtered shortlist, two timed sequences executed, and categorised reply data including booth-meeting requests. Whether someone shows up at the booth depends on their schedule, your booth presence, and the show's flow. We deliver the email-channel layer.
"What if the show is in a language we do not have?"
For RU / LV / DE / ES we have native operators in-house or via our vetted network. For other languages, a 2-hour native-operator QA pass is included at our cost — no translated-English copy goes to attendees.
"Is the multi-show discount applied automatically?"
Yes. 2 shows = €4,500 (save €500). 3 shows = €6,500 (save €1,000). The setup + ICP framework + copy structure carries over, so we pass that operator-time saving to you.
We need 21 days minimum before the show to execute properly. Tight timelines compromise the pre-show sequence, which is where most show ROI comes from. If a show is too close, we still run the post-show side as a half-package at €1,500.
EN, RU, LV in-house. DE, ES through our vetted network. Other languages on request — small QA add-on (€200–400) for languages we operate via translator-network only.
In near-real-time during the pre-show window. You get the contact, the request, and any context the prospect provided. Your booth team takes it from there.
Helps a lot but not required. Calendly, Cal.com, or any equivalent — we link to it in the sequence. Without one, prospects email you to coordinate.
Yes — each show runs as its own ~30-day operator block. Two shows starting within a week of each other = two parallel blocks. Multi-show discount applies.
We monitor replies and route any meeting requests to you live. Sends are paused during the show itself (T-0 through closing day) so we are not competing with your on-site presence.
1 show €2,500 · 2 shows €4,500 (save €500) · 3 shows €6,500 (save €1,000). 4+ shows quoted individually with deeper per-show discounts.
